BANKRUPTCY LIQUIDATION AND REORGANIZATION

With the continuous advancement of structural reform, bankruptcy courts have been established in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The quantity and quality of bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation cases are increasing.
